With a sturdy structure made >of lacquered finger joint pine wood with a block at one end that enables it to be attached to other pieces of equipment like a wall-bar or a vaulting box.
This Balance Bench is constructed with strengthened steel brackets for support and non-slip, non-marking plastic floor pads for stability. And When turned upside down it may be used as a 10cm wide balance beam.
